Appointments

New Patients:

Please arrive twenty minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out paperwork. If you prefer, you may click here to download the forms and fill them out before your arrival. You MUST bring in your insurance card to your first visit. If you have been referred by your primary care doctor, please either bring your records with you, or call us the day before your appointment to make sure that they have been faxed to us.

Scheduling Appointments:

Please allow enough time for your appointment. Your appointment will be quite thorough and we do not want you or the doctor to feel rushed. New patients should allow 2 hours for their appointment and returning patients scheduling their annual exam must allow 90 minutes of time. Due to the nature of obstetrics and gynecology, there are emergencies most days. We will try to inform you of these delays, but you can call 30 minutes before your appointment to see if there are any delays. Annual exams typically take eight-twelve weeks to schedule and you should receive our reminder card three months prior to the time of your yearly exam. For any urgent medical problems, we will see you as quickly as possible.

Late Arrivals:

Out of courtesy to other patients, we may need to reschedule your appointment if you show up more than ten minutes late. If you are running late, please call us and we can let you know how late you may arrive for us to still be able to see you on that day.

Canceling Appointments:

You must give at least twenty four hour notice to cancel any appointment. This allows us time to reschedule someone from our waiting list. If you have a Monday appointment you must call no later than noon on Friday to cancel.
